How to solve the error code E024?

1. Check whether the motor wire on the right side of the rear axle is broken, if not, deal with it according to the following method

2. Re-insert the motor and controller harness plugs (in the right rear diagonal fork tube near the controller box location under the saddle, you can pull the plugs out);

If the error code still exists then proceed as follows

3. Check if the power is too low, reinstall the battery and switch on the machine to see if the meter still shows the fault.
